Lapland Hotels Oulu is located right in the heart of the city, next to the cathedral and the lush Ainola Park. The hotel partially opened in May 2025 and will serve at a reduced capacity while the expansion work is being completed, until the renovations are completed at the end of 2025 and the entity will be put into use in December–January.
